Si and Jenny will get together for a natter over some great food in our festival kitchen at one of three delicious cookery demos.

And not forgetting festival favourite James Martin who is making a welcome return to Bolton and ready to cook up a storm.
The festival this year will boast a brand-new venue, as the amazing Albert Halls complex will be the home of all ticketed events.
Now in its 17th year, Bolton Food and Drink Festival takes place over four days every August Bank Holiday Weekend.
Bolton Council Deputy Leader, Cllr Hilary Fairclough, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome back such an incredible line-up of world class chefs to this year’s Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
“The live cookery demonstrations are such a big part of the festival, and I am sure demand will be higher than ever this year.
“Tickets make an ideal gift for friends and family, or just treat yourself by booking a seat to see these famous names live and in person.”
The team have a few new surprises up their sleeve this year too, with some special events yet to be announced.
